A feast of salads, and pre-cooked vegetables, grains and legumes, requiring simple reheating at home in the oven and/ or microwave. For sharing at dinner parties, family events or small gatherings

Vegan Chilli - Quinoa, Bulgar, Lentils, Peppers, Kidney beans

Butternut squash & Chickpea Tagine - Tomato sauce with aromatic spice, parsley, mint and harissa

Caramelised Onion Rice with Pine nuts
